FAQ
Frequently asked questions.
Is QUVR custodial?
No. QUVR never holds your keys or funds. Every transaction is signed directly from your own wallet. See How QUVR Works.
Which wallets are supported?
Any EVM wallet reachable through RainbowKit — browser extensions like MetaMask, Rainbow, and Coinbase Wallet, or mobile wallets via WalletConnect.
Why can't I send funds from an exchange directly to Robinhood Chain?
Robinhood Chain isn't a common withdrawal destination on centralized exchanges yet. Withdraw to Ethereum, Arbitrum, or Base first, then bridge with QUVR — see Getting Funds onto Robinhood Chain.
How long does bridging take?
Around 2 minutes on the live LayerZero/Stargate route. The upcoming Canonical Arbitrum Bridge route will take about 7 days for withdrawals; Chainlink CCIP (also upcoming) will take about 3 minutes. See Bridge Routes Overview.
Why did my Stock Token balance change without me trading?
Stock Tokens use ERC-8056, so a stock split or dividend rescales your displayed balance at the contract level rather than requiring a trade. See Understanding Stock Tokens.
What does "Graduated" mean in Trenches?
The token's bonding curve reached its funding target and migrated to a full Uniswap V2 liquidity pool. See Graduation & Migration to Uniswap V2.
Can I change my launched token's tax settings later?
No — payment token and tax structure are fixed at launch and can't be changed afterward. Review every field carefully before confirming. See Launching a Token.
Is Trenches data from QUVR or a third party?
Security checks, smart-money feeds, trader ranking, and wallet reports are all powered by GMGN, a third-party analytics provider, surfaced through QUVR's UI. See Security Model & Risk Disclosures.
Something else is wrong — what do I do?
