What to expect from the canonical bridge route once it's live.

The Canonical Arbitrum Bridge is Arbitrum's own native bridging contract — the same mechanism used to move assets between Ethereum and Arbitrum today, extended to Robinhood Chain. It's generally considered the most battle-tested route available for an Arbitrum-family chain, because it relies on the chain's own fraud-proof / validity mechanism rather than a third-party messaging network.
The trade-off is time: withdrawals from an Arbitrum-family chain back to a source chain typically take about 7 days, due to the challenge period built into the security model. Deposits (source chain into the L2) are typically much faster than withdrawals. This route will suit users who prioritize minimizing third-party trust over speed.
