Connecting your wallet
Step-by-step: connecting a wallet to QUVR via Sign-In with Ethereum.
- Click the wallet button in the top-right corner of any QUVR page.
- Pick your wallet from the list (or scan the WalletConnect QR code with a mobile wallet).
- Approve the connection request in your wallet.
- Sign the SIWE (Sign-In with Ethereum) message when your wallet prompts you. This only proves you control the address — it does not move funds or grant any spending approval.
Once connected, your address appears in the header (shortened, e.g. 0xC6…19a7). Your watchlist, portfolio, price alerts, and bridge history are all tied to this address from that point on.
Reading the SIWE prompt
A SIWE signature request in your wallet will show plain text — the domain (quvr.site or the domain you're on), your address, a statement, and a nonce — rather than a raw hex blob. If a signature request looks like an opaque transaction instead of readable text, or asks you to approve spending an amount, stop and don't sign it; that's not what a sign-in request looks like.
Warning
Always check that the domain in the sign-in prompt matches the site you intended to visit. This is the standard phishing check for any SIWE-based login, not specific to QUVR.
