Reach out any time — we usually reply within a day. Include your wallet address and, if relevant, a transaction hash or a link to the History entry — that lets us look into a specific issue much faster than a general description alone.
Warning
QUVR support will never ask for your seed phrase, private key, or remote access to your device. If someone contacting you claiming to be support asks for any of these, it's a scam — stop the conversation and report it if possible.
