Bridge troubleshooting

Common bridge issues and what to check.

Transaction stuck on "pending" or "confirming"

First check the underlying cross-chain message link in History (for Stargate transfers) — this shows the real-time status from the bridge protocol itself, independent of QUVR. If the source-chain transaction confirmed but the message hasn't been picked up after well beyond the typical ~2 minute window, this is a bridge-protocol-side delay rather than something QUVR's UI can fix directly; the funds are not lost, just delayed.

Wallet on the wrong network

If a transaction button seems unresponsive or your wallet doesn't show the confirmation prompt, check that your wallet is on the source chain you selected (not Robinhood Chain) before signing the send — you'll be prompted to switch to Robinhood Chain separately afterward, once funds have arrived, if you want to view or use them there.

"Insufficient funds for gas"

This means you don't have enough of the source chain's native token (ETH) left after accounting for the amount you're bridging. Reduce the bridge amount slightly, or add a bit more ETH to cover gas.

Quote changed right before confirming

Bridge quotes reflect live on-chain liquidity and fees, so a quote can shift slightly between when you view it and when you sign, especially during volatile periods. If the change is larger than you're comfortable with, cancel and re-quote rather than signing a stale number.

Tip

Still stuck? Head to Contact Us with your wallet address and a link to the transaction (or the History entry) — that's the fastest way for support to look into a specific transfer.
