QUVR's Non-Custodial Design: What It Actually Means for You

QUVR never holds your assets, at any step -- not while bridging, not while trading, not while it's sitting in your watchlist. Here's what that guarantee covers and how to verify it yourself.

"Non-custodial" gets used loosely across crypto products. On QUVR it means something specific: at no point in any flow does a QUVR-controlled address hold your assets, even momentarily.

What this covers

  • Signing in uses SIWE -- a signature proving you control an address, not a deposit of any kind.
  • Bridging over LayerZero/Stargate -- the live route today -- executes wallet-to-wallet. QUVR constructs the transaction and shows you what it does; your wallet signs and sends it directly.
  • Trading and launching on Trenches and Launchpad go through the Portal contract via your own signed transactions -- QUVR's backend never holds a private key that can move your funds.

How to verify it yourself

Every transaction QUVR initiates shows up in your wallet before you sign it, and every completed one is visible on a block explorer with your address as the sender. You don't have to take a claim like this on faith -- the chain itself is the record.
