Terms of Service

Effective date: January 1, 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Quiver (the "Service"), available at quvr.site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Quiver is a non-custodial interface that helps you discover and initiate bridge routes into Robinhood Chain (canonical bridge, LayerZero/Stargate, and Chainlink CCIP) and track Stock Tokens, ETFs, and USDG. Quiver does not hold, custody, or control your assets at any point — every transaction executes directly between your wallet and the relevant on-chain protocol.

3. No financial advice

Nothing on Quiver constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Prices, deltas, and other market data are shown for informational purposes only and may be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable at times. You are solely responsible for evaluating any transaction before signing it.

4. Wallet connection & SIWE

Connecting a wallet to Quiver uses Sign-In with Ethereum (SIWE) solely to verify wallet ownership. Connecting your wallet does not grant Quiver any spending allowance, custody, or control over your assets. You approve every transaction individually.

5. Third-party protocols and risk

Bridge routes rely on third-party protocols (including but not limited to the canonical Arbitrum bridge, LayerZero, Stargate, and Chainlink CCIP) that Quiver does not own or operate. Smart contract risk, network congestion, validator or oracle failure, and other risks outside Quiver's control may cause delays, loss of funds, or failed transactions. Use of any bridge route is entirely at your own risk.

6. Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to access and use digital asset services under the laws that apply to you. You represent that you are not located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction where use of the Service would be prohibited.

7. Prohibited use

You agree not to use Quiver for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with or disrupt the Service, to attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Service, or to use the Service to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or sanctions evasion.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quiver and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of funds, profits, or data, arising from your use of the Service or any third-party protocol accessed through it.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Quiver after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
