This Privacy Policy explains what information Quiver ("we", "us") collects when you use quvr.site (the "Service"), how it is used, and the choices available to you. Quiver is a non-custodial interface — we never have access to your private keys, seed phrase, or the ability to move your funds.
2. Information we collect
We collect the public wallet address you connect, on-chain data relevant to the routes and tokens you view, and standard technical data such as browser type, device type, and approximate location inferred from IP address. If you contact us directly, we collect the email address and any information you choose to share.
3. Information we do not collect
We do not collect private keys, seed phrases, or wallet passwords. We never ask for them, and any message claiming to be from Quiver that requests them should be treated as fraudulent.
4. How we use information
We use the information above to operate and improve the Service, display relevant bridge routes and watchlist data, respond to support requests sent to contact@quvr.site, and detect or prevent abuse, fraud, or security incidents.
5. Cookies and local storage
Quiver may use cookies or browser local storage to remember basic preferences (such as your connected wallet session) and for essential functionality. These are not used to build advertising profiles.
6. Third-party services
Quiver integrates with third-party wallet providers, RPC providers, and bridge protocols (including the canonical Arbitrum bridge, LayerZero/Stargate, and Chainlink CCIP) in order to function. These third parties have their own privacy practices, which we encourage you to review.
7. Data retention
We retain the information described above only for as long as necessary to operate the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
8. Your choices
You can disconnect your wallet at any time to stop sharing your address with the Service in future sessions. You may also contact us to ask what information we hold about you and request its deletion, subject to any applicable legal retention requirements.
9. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date below.
